*** Coronavirus Update ***
These past weeks have been very unusual indeed. Everyone has had to make adjustments to their lives, for some people, those adjustments have been huge! We understand that some people have had a hard time finding their new routine, and have struggled to make sure that fitness remains an important part of daily life.
We want to reassure you that we are here for you, to support your health and fitness journey, to keep you motivated, keep your nutrition on track and ensure that your mental wellbeing is being supported as much as your physical wellbeing. At this time, it is not possible to carry out PT face to face so we have evolved to continue to provide excellent sessions using video calls for online training. We are also providing lots of free workouts on our social media to help support you in-between PT sessions. In addition, you can message us with any questions, queries or concerns you have about your health and fitness and we will do our absolute best to support you through this.
We have also decided to reinstate our kettlebell classes. These classes will be held via video conference calls with the Zoom app. We are aware that many people have been negatively financially impacted due to coronavirus pandemic, therefore, we will be operating a ‘contribution’ style of payment for classes. The usual price per class is £5, but those who find themselves on a limited budget can make a ‘contribution’ to the class according to their financial situation, minimum contribution £2.
Classes will be held on:
Monday’s 1800 – 1900hrs
Wednesday’s 1800 – 1900hrs.
